Carolin Baumann

Since January 2026, I have been responsible for quality management at the KSE, where I am developing a systematic evaluation framework for the School of Education's programs and activities. The aim is to increase transparency regarding structures and processes, provide data-driven evidence to support strategic development, and establish a continuous quality improvement process.

Since June 2024, I have provided methodological consulting in quantitative research methods. I support students as well as colleagues in developing research questions and hypotheses, designing and conducting studies, selecting appropriate statistical analysis methods, and interpreting results. My particular areas of expertise include experimental research designs and questionnaire development.
